C3600 Ethernet Light Blinking Green

Question

I have a netgear C3600, DOCSIS 3.0 and I cannot connect to the internet via Ethernet cable nor by wifi. I called Cox my service provider and the modem looks fine to them on their end even after the told my modem to reset.

I cannot access the router login.net nor the up address my instructions give me.

Sounds like the modem is locked in modem only try using 192.168.100.1 to access the modem.
