C3600 My SSID does not show up

I randomly lost connection to my wifi. I can now no longer see my wifi domain (Netgear 15) pop up in the (wifi:looking for networks).I have accessed the router settings while being connected through ethernet and have checked to see if the SSID are all enabled(which they are). I have contacted cox (my ISP) they told me everything was fine on their end. I did a modem reset, nothing changed. I did a factory reset and nothing changed.
