C3700-100 NAS Factory Reset doesnt bring equipment to Default mode
Router was installed 10 months ago. I have factory reseted it at least twice. Router IP always sets 192.X.X.X and DHCP assigns an IP Address to access it. My local pc has access to the internet, but ...
I did tryand i couldnt. I disconnected the coax cable and all worked well until i connect the coax back. If i unplug it, the router sets on the 192 ip and im able to set if up completely. Wifi, change pass, encription, etc.
After multilple trials, i notice the following:
If i connect the coax cable, since i need to reboot to refresh the wan ip. The router never comes back as a router, but as a modem. It sets into the 192.128.100.x and once i access it, the menu is very limited. If i set the router mode and reboots, it sets its ip back to 173...
