Thanks for the inputs. My case is latter and I don't have any steel doors in between. I get the less speed even if I sit infront of router. This is really frustrating.
They advertised that router is capable enough to get 300+ Mbps speed and I getting only 10% of it.
C3700-100NAS & C3700 are the same.
Below the router that is causing this.
Any other inputs on how to fix it? If no, can you suggest me the best affordable router that can help me to get the maximum speed like I was receiving from wired connection?

Did you investigate this bit in my message?
... then you might want to check the device you are connecting with. Maybe it has updated drivers and things that you can apply.
Before looking for another router, I'd look at other possible causes for this slowness.
I suggest this partly because you say you get the same speeds regardless of the wifi band you use.
If this wifi device gets superfast speeds somewhere else, then certainly investigate the router. If not, look at the device itself.
If you have a lot of neighbours using the same frequencies, then your wifi devices may be struggling to deal with the interference
As the manual puts it:
If many wireless networks at your location use the same channel as your wireless network, you might experience interference. You can change the channel to avoid the interference.
Have you tried using different wifi channels? ( See page 79-> in the manual.)
