C3700-100NAS how to set IPv6 DNS servers
How can I set the IPv6 DNS servers in my all-in-one C3700-100NAS cable modem wifi router? I have looked through all the menus but can only see an option to set the IPv4 DNS servers.
If setting the IPv6 DNS servers is not possible, is there a way to turn off IPv6 entirely?
I am fighting a problem with my ISP supplying an IPv6 DNS server that is unresponsive. This brings my connections to a crawl because it has to time out and fail over to another DNS server before it is able to resolve an IP address.

There is no way to set the IPv6 DNS servers on cable device including C3700 under the Advanced setup IPv6 option we only have ability to control IP assignment by either selecting use DHCP Server, or Auto Config and specify LAN delegated prefix as well as turning of IPv6 Firewall but not other options can be controlled. We cannot turn off IPv6 entirely on the device. The IPv6 assignment on WAN (Internet) side is controlled by ISP. If ISP is provisioning his device as IPv6 only there is nothing we can do to turn that off ISP has to fix the issues with IPv6 DNS. If the ISP is providing dual provisioning IPv4 and IPv6 he can just turn off IPv6 on his clients.
