C3700 cable modem won't display display 5.0 GHz in Genie.

Genie shows only 2.4 GHz, but is dual band cable modem.  My cell on the network allows me to access WIFI via 5.0 and works quite well.  I would like to have Genie show and allow access to both bands.  I can't find anything in the documentation that provides assistance.  Please advise.  thanks, nick

    Are you talking about the genie app or logging into the browser GUI? try to log into the router GUI and see if you are able to access the 5GHZ.
