C3700 stuck in loop

Please help! I moves my C3700 cable modem and now it's stuck in a loop. Uplink, downlink and Internet lights will flash looking for signal but as soon as one of the 2.4 or 5 GHz lights comes on all the lights flash green, the power light goes orange then green and then the whole process starts over again.

    Hello Caquin 

     

    Have you tried to factory reset the modem? Did you move the modem to a active cable outlet that can be used for internet?
