1. does it happen on wired devices AND wireless or just wireless?
2. do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs? That helps us check the connection back to the ISP

1) I only have wireless connections. Not sure I have a LAN cable to connect to anything

so you're not able to log into the router at all?
have you tried factory resetting and reinstalling it?
