so you're not able to log into the router at all?
have you tried factory resetting and reinstalling it?

If you run out of ideas, you could try the right section for your hardware. That is a cable modem router which is not one of the General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk and Non-Orbi) devices covered here.
