C3700v2 disconnecting intermittently every 30-45min and works after restart
My modem today intermittently disconnecting from the ISP every 30-45 min. Happened close to a dozen times now. Works when I unplug cable and power and reconnect. Pretty painful considering a WFH situ...

If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in your coax line, remove them.
Get a screen snip of your cable connections page and logs and post it here.
You might need to get the isp to actually check the line but lets start with those details first.

attaching a screenshot.. I see during the day multiple times channels appear locked and power ranges seem off. Netgear thinks its a Comcast issue. Comcast thinks it's a Netgear modem issue
