C3700v2 The LED internet light wont connect what is the problem

That doesn't tell us much.
1. What isp are you using?
2. Do they support the C3700v2?
3. have they initialized the modem to your service?
4. What does your modem connections page show? (take a sceen snip of this)
5. What does your modem logs show? (again with the screen snip)
6. More details on whats going on. is this a new setup, old setup that worked, basically the more info you give us the better. We're not in your location so we don't know whats going on and the less you tell us, the less we can help.
