C3700v2 wifi password is saying incorrect and when try to visit routerlogin telling me question answ

You didn't say a whole lot here?

Are you trying to log into the device ,don't know your password and can't answer the security questions? 

the questions get asked even if you didn't set them up. So if you didn't set them up, the "correct" answers won't work

If you don't know the password or the security questions, the only way back into the router is to factory reset it.

push and hold reset while its powered on for 7-15 seconds. The lights will falsh when held long enough.

Then you'll be back to defaults.

default login: admin

default password: password
