C3700v2 won't reset, and I don't know the twit's (my ex) access info to manage the wifi. Any ideas?
This is connected to a standard cable ISP. The system is a custom built, encrypted server, running Windows 10 (largely disabled) Mozilla4eThe modem part works fine, even the cabled router works fine....
If you can access the gui from the browser (hardwired in based on your post) you can reset it. the option is under advanced-->administration-->backup settings and there's an erase section on there. It should reset everything back to default.
There's also the reset button on the device that you push for 7-10 seconds until the lights change on the combo device. That'll reset it as well.
