(C6200) My router stopped working completley

My C6200 router randomly stopped working this morning and I can't get it to work. Everytime it turns on, it cycles through different light patterns indefinitely (see gif). I tried to reset it three times but it does the same thing upon turning on.

    Pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release doesn't do anything? 

    Does this happen with the ISP coax line connected and disconnected?

    Try a different power adapter with same voltage and amps.
