C6220 upgrade firmware - ISP does not
I have the C6220 model of the AC1200 WiFi Cable Modem Router. I want to upgrade the firmware. Since I own the equipment, my ISP cannot upgrade it.
Where do I find specific instructions for how to upgrade the firmware?

For the C and CM series modems, there is no user supported FW update option. ALL FW updates have to be pushed by ISPs.
That's not a solution for me. Did you read my message?
You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information regarding FW updates. Again, user FW updates is NOT supported.
"You cannot manually update your NETGEAR cable modem or modem router’s firmware, unless you have a CAX-series cable modem router or CBR-series cable Orbi router. CAX-series and CBR-series cable modem routers use separate router firmware and cable firmware.
NETGEAR provides your ISP with the latest firmware and your ISP updates your firmware. If your firmware is out of date, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance."
