C6220 WiFi Cable Modem Router Model / Version: C6220

I have to start by saying I’m awful when it comes to technology. Forgive the layman’s terms and difficulty understanding.
I came home from vacation to find my network had disappeared from the list of options on my LG smartTV and phone. The one we use with an extender is there in the list, but doesn’t seem to be able to connect. I restarted the modem/router and it didn’t seem to help.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

What are all the led's on the router doing? (color, blinking, solid, etc)

Can you log into the c6220 and access it through the browser?

Have you tried a simple factory reset on it? (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on) then reinstall it?

The lights are solid and I did try the factory reset, yes.
I’m not sure how to log into anything other than the networks that we created when I installed it initially… and I had someone else to do that for me over a year ago 😕
I used to see the “main” network, then that one plus 5g on the end, and then the one we had for the extender, and now the only one that shows up is the extender one, which we rarely use anyway as it’s for the back guest bedroom. But even when we try to connect to that one, it says something like “no internet connection” even though the little Wi-Fi symbol shows up.

Can you hardwire a pc/laptop into it and attempt setup that route?
