C6230 No network shown

A good starting point is the LED indicators on the front panel. If you download the user manual, there is a section called Troubleshooting with the LEDs that starts on page 98. Go to the Downloads section at the top of this page, feed in your model number C6230, and download the user manual.
There is a possibility the Wi-Fi radios have been manually turned off by accident. If they are manually turned off, a reset or restart will not turn them back on.
