I can connect to internet if I'm hardwired to router but my wireless devices are not connecting, help!

Is the wifi radio enabled on the modem? There maybe a front wifi button to press to enable the radios or disable them.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:

What error are you getting?
Is the wifi broadcasting?
What are the led's on the unit doing?
Did it get factory reset? Maybe the ssid's/passwords just need to be reset.
The more details you tell us, the better we can help. It's tough to diagnose or help off of "the wifi doesn't work".
Details and screensnips are your best friend for decent help.
