C6250-100NAS ReadyCLOUD setup issues

I just upgraded my home router/modem to the C6250-100NAS router. I have connected a WD 3tb USB drive to the modem and can access it fine through my computer. 

 

I can't figure out how to set up ReadyCloud storage so I can access this USB drive over the internet. I don't seem to have a readyCloud tab in my modem setup. 

 

I have checked to make sure I have the most recent firmware installed. 

 

Any assistance is appreciated.
