C6250: DOCSIS -> EuroDOCSIS
Is it possible to upgrade the model C6250 in EuroDOCSIS 3.0?
Hi.
I know it. My provider works in the standard EuroDOCSIS 3.0, so my modem works in the 4DS-1US mode, that is, it is partially compatible with EuroDOCSIS. And if so, then maybe it can work in the 8DS-2US mode (after FW upgrade).

C6250 has not been EuroDOCSIS certified so there is no guarantee how well it will work as there is some differences between the DOCSIS and EuroDOCSIS standards. As far as FW upgrades go there is no manual way to update FW on his unit FW has to be pushed by ISP to the device.

Well, in general, this modem does not work so well in the EuroDOCSIS standard from my ISP - 4DS x 1US, although 100 Mbps on the download it gives on my tariff plan. By the way, I found the C6250EMR model, which is compatible with the EuroDOCSIS standard (https://shop.optiwella.com/ru/modem/netgear-c6250emr-docsis-30-ac1600-voice-and-data-cable-gateway). But, unfortunately, I did not find an available seller of this model. Is it possible to buy it from a NETGEAR?

we are a small isp in Denmark and we have 2000 c6250 modem.
we are now looking for docsis 3.1 modem and while we are testing the different modems also from netgear - we are looking for a new firmware for the c6250 modem.
Who shall we contact for the newest firmware version and for ip telephone it need to be delivered with sip.
