Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

These are all great suggestions I'm going to try now. I think the RG6 coax may be spotty. I fiddled with it yesterday and crossing my fingers I've fixed it. thank you!

Thanks for the support everyone!
Here is what finally worked! I changed the RG6 Coax cable and that didn't do it. I reset the modem, didn't do it. I stared at the online modem numbers to see what needed tweaked and saw nothing spectactular. FINALLY I changed the cable channel on the admin screen! this group had suggesed the channel for 5G be between 40 and 48 but i showed options for 100 - 163. I tried all of them and then speed tested. Most were crappy. But one at 161 only had one person on it and it was nirvana! So that was it. change the channel. Now i"m back to video conference calls without an issue.
