C6250 Not Working
Hello All,
I manage small scall internet deployments (apartments, condos, hotels, RVs etc.), I have come across an issue with a site we have a CMTS deployed, there is a mix of modems models and we are having issues with the C6250.
From a factory default state, the modems boots up, locks on all 16x4, modem gets an IP address, the router side of the modem does not show an IP address in the GUI, clients can connect to the router but no surf. Odd part is the DHCP server and the CMTS both show that the router did get an IP, not sure why the router GUI isn't showing this.
It gets a little stranger, if you power cycle the modem/router, there is no change at all, comes back up exactly the same. However if I reboot the modem from the CMTS interface, when it comes back up, clients connected to the router CAN surf now. If you try to access the router GUI it asks for a password and the password I created during setup does not work, nor does any default passwords.
Router is on firmware V1.02.01
Thanks for any help!

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
