C6250 ReadyShare Device not found

I'm trying to set up a USB drive as a media drive on my network.  I follow all the steps on the documentation page titled "Manage Access to a Storage Device" but it does not show any Available Network Folders, and when I try to edit, I get an error "No Disc."  I've tried changing the Network Device Name and the Media Server Name so everything matches, and I still don't see the device.  So I'm doing something very wrong.
