C6250 Tmobile Cellspot asking to open ports UDP 500, 4500 and 123.

Question

Received Tmobile 4G Lte Cellspot, cannot connect via ethernet. Lights blinking. Trouble shooting says I need to open ports UDP 500, 4500 and 123. Can you please help? Cannot find in my genie netgear app or getgear account.

btw, the C6250 is a modem/router combo device. It doesn't have a wan input&nbsp;
