C6250

How do I change the security setting to WPA 2 from WPA 3. I purchased a Roomba iRobot 4 and it won't connect to WPA3

    When I look at the manual for the C6250 it does not show the Wi-Fi supports WPA3 security.  How do you know it is presently set to support WPA3?

    C6250 doesn't have wpa3.

    Maybe you're running into issues with being connected to t he 5ghz and not the 2.4ghz. That vacuum only has 2.4ghz so during setup, you need to make sure you're phone that you're using for setup, is connected to the 2.4ghz. 

    also make sure the routers ssid/password doesn't have any special characters or spaces in it. I've seen issues with the roomba's on that.
