c6300 - Connected but shows Internet as "In Progress"
I have a one-month old C6300 Cable modem/router - provisioned through Time Warner Cable. My connection seems to be fine, but in the C6300 software on the dashboard it says my internet connection is "In Progress" and its color is red.
I have the most recent firmware that came from TWC: V1.02.19
When I click on the internet connection, the message on the next screen says "failure" "your modem is offline" even though it is connected.
On the next "cable connection" screen, the channels for upstream and downstream all show as disconnected "not locked".
Should I really be concerned, or just leave it alone if everything is actually (finally) working?

- Babylon5NETGEAR Employee RetiredDo you have other computers / web browsers that you could use to confirm that what you see is consistent?
- TheSlivsNoviceYes, I tried from another computer and the internet connection is still displayed as "In Progress"
- Babylon5NETGEAR Employee RetiredI can’t find anything in relation to this, have you contacted TWC? Was that other computer also using a different browser?
- TheSlivsNoviceIt says the same thing on other computers and on Chrome and Internet Explorer.
I have contacted TWC and they say I have their most current firmware. They also say everything looks fine on their end and my connection is good and they can "see" my modem... - Babylon5NETGEAR Employee RetiredWell there’s really not much that can be done, the firmware you have is TWC provided. Annoying as it might be it seems you have little option other than to ignore it.
- Retired_Memberhttp://forums.timewarnercable.com/ I would try posting on the twc site and see what happens.

I have the same firmware, and same problem. it's really quite annoying, as is the lack of functional NAT loopback providing me seamless use of my security cameras from IOS devices when trying to use a dyndns hostname.
