C6300 5ghz wireless network disappears
This has happened a few times now. I'll notice that my device (phone, tablet, or PC) is connected to 2.4G and that there is no 5G available. These are devices that have connected in the past to 5G....

Apr 01, 2017I recently did a factory reset on my 2 year old C6300 and now I'm experiencing a similar issue. The 5Ghz SSID seems deactivate, even while devices are connected to it. My firmware before this was v2.01.14, and i thought it still was, till I read your post and realized there was update in the last couple weeks. I am also on Spectrum ISP with 100mbps service.
