C6300 AC1750 Cable Modem Router

The Upstream light on the front of the device is always orange.  I tried a reboot (on/off button on back).  Firmware version 3.01.04 and Cox is my vendor.  Otherwise the device seems to work properly...

that seems to indicate only 1 upstream channel is locked. 

Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page (shows the upstream/downstream info)

 

check your link for kinks, damage, old/bad/cheap/corroded connectors. replace them if you do. 

I'd also remove any spiltters, amplifiers, or attenuators from the line.

      Sorry, all 16 downstream bonded channels are locked.

        Its not just "are they locked" its also the snr/correctables/uncorrectables
