C6300 support 16 downstream channels which means it should support speeds of up to 680 Mbps. The FW on the device does not limit the speed but some ISP may say that in order to subscribe to ISP speed of 300Mbps you much have a 24x8 Cable Gateway.Can you ask WOW if they allow 16x4 modems to be used for 300Mbps plans.
