C6300 Cannot Access Wireless Settings

Many of the pages won't load when I am logged on to the router on the local network as admin via web browser.  These include the page that controls the wireless settings and the list of connected devices. As a result, I can't change my wireless passwords. Other pages display correctly, such as the one to control the guest wifi.

Also, the router claims it does not have a cable connection when clearly it does, as I am connected to the internet through it.

I've also tried installing Netgear Genie. It just spins without doing anything when I enter the admin password.

Current firmware is V2.01.22.

ISP is Spectrum (Time Warner)
