Besure you have set up a unique text PW on the modem for the SSID name.
Ensure your using WPA2 and AES security mode.
Clear out any wifi profiles on the wireless configuration in Windows.
Referr to Microsoft for help and support for there OS and wireless configurations as this feature belongs to them.
