C6300 Connectivity issues (upstream and downstream are amber)
I've been having issues getting connected to the internet for the past couple of days. I've turned the modem off/on, pressed the reset button, disconnected all the wires, reboots, and factory resets....
You need to have the isp check the line.
You're only getting 1 locked upstream and downstream channel. the upstream has low power and the downstream has a ton of errors.
If you have any splitters, amplifers, or attenuators in line, you can remove them. check the coax for kinks, damage, corrosion, or other issues.
