C6300 firmware update
I have a AC 1200 trying to get the firmware updated it is at the 16 and has the 44 update it is saying it will take a minute but never does it

Try to full power reboot the modem.

Hi guys.. late to the party. But only because ISP's refuse to pass updates through for firmware. Currently sitting with firmware V1.02.21... yes... you read it correctly. Suddenlink is my ISP absolutely refuses to pass any firmware for this device or any device they do not sell or lease. The same goes for my ISP at lakehouse -- Northland Communications. They only pass firmware updates for leased/sold equipment as well. Call and and talked to their Tech lead and she confirmed that is the issue and apologized but that is policy.
So, now have paperweight with lights and deteriorating speed. How do we resolve the issue of this ? or how do we get Docsis to push the correct versionings out?
