I’m sorry I have no advice - I’m just glad I’m not the only one having this issue. I purchased my C6300 11 months ago from Best Buy and everything you’re describing has been happening to me for the last 45 days. I have resorted to unplugging and resetting at least once a day, and I even purchased a new coaxial cable because I’ve had the best results when I remove and replace the cable. Nothing works for more than a few hours. If you find anything that fixes yours please let me know and I’ll do the same. Thanks
