C6300 getting kicked out of games when someone uses internet

Question

I have high speed internet 250 down 20 up but everytime i am playing a game online and someone else does anything on the internet i get disconnected. I have it plugged in the computer through eithernet but that doesnt help either. any ideas?

nope. not doing anything bandwith heavy at all. just surfing the internet will cause a quick disconnect.
