Your upstream power is to high.
Do you have any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators in line? If so, remove them from the coax line.
- LordDarconisApr 05, 2021AspirantI don't have any splitters or amplifiers on the line. There used to be when we moved in a few months ago but I immediately removed them so the cable is directly plugged in to where it comes into the house. I haven't had this problem until just a few days ago.

check the cable for loose, damanged, bad/old/corroded connections.
With the one channel having errors and the power the downstream is at, your upstream shouldn't be that high. Something is causing it to have to increase the upstream past a stable level to get the signal out .
