C6300 Internet and upstream lights blinking
Device has worked fine from install in Jan 2015 until now. I've checked the cable connectors, Ok. Called Comcast, no problem on their end. What should I do next?

Hello Jhanjo
are you still connected to the Internet? What is the firmware version are you using? And can you send us your Cable Modem Status Page and Event log page details across?
here is how to find them http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30008
are you seeing any technical issues in any functionality?
Thanks

Firmware is
V2.01.12 I byassed the cable splitter and was able to get back on line. I replaced the splitter and it apperas to be working.
While troubleshooting with Comcast my device would sometimes be offline. Power cycle would give me several minutes of service and then my online status would start to drop out.
This is the event log starting from the time I introduced the new splitter and began hooking up the cable modem and the other TV setop and/or DTA. There have been no new entries since the timestamp at 13:35, all while streaming a video on the computer (lan connection) and watching TV.

I have the downstream light blinking along with the internet light. The 2.4 Ghz light flashes occasionally. Hoping this is a typical scenario.
Thanks!

Glad to hear your setup is working. My upstream light went out and I had no internet. I fiddled with the splitter and it came back. To eliminate questions I removed the splitter and the cable is connected directly to the modem with nothing else connected. It works but the upstream light is amber instead of green. The manual does not mention amber lights. What does this mean? Thanks.
