c6300 is defective and can't contact Support

I keep getting "invalid" for the serial #, even when copied & pasted from the email verifying my registration.  So, I put in the # using lower case letters- same result.  This happened multiple times.  The supposed 24/7 support can't be contacted!

    Still can't connect with them via their site.  Figure they're siting there thining, Gee, our products are working perfectly today, no requests or complaints!
