C6300 loses all connections.

my 6300 keeps stopping wireless broadcasting. this is the 2nd one. I have been on the hold waiting for tech support with a trouble ticket for 2 hours with no answer, then the they hung up on me.  

All of the trouble tickets are closed so either Netgear has given up on a solution or there isn't one.

    Is the wireless lights still on the modem green? Have you checked the Advanced wireless settings make sure the broadcast of the wireless signal is still on? Have you tried to factory reset the unit and setup the wireless again?
