c6300 lost ethernet connection still have good wifi

Question

I use the ethernet connection for the security system&nbsp;and both home pc's. I have 4 ethernet ports and none of them work since the last thunderstorm. I still have wifi but that does not connect to the security system. The ethernet green light now continuously flashes.&nbsp;
