C6300 No wifi- Spectrum
I have't had any issues with my C6300 until I upgraded my plan. The modem got rebooted and I haven't had wifi since then from my C6300. I get wifi via my old router(N600) but I am not happy with the speed. Spectrum thinks it's modem's issue. Please help.

Sounds like a issue on the ISP they may of not added the proper wifi codes to your modem when upgrading your speed I would contact them and ask for higher Internet support.

I bought the C6300 as well and can not get wifi. There are no lights on for the wifi on/off button and WPS security at the top. The 2.4 ghz/ 5 ghz also do not come on. I have reset the Modem/router several times. I have talked with everone at Spectrum and they say it has to be Netgears problem. I mentioned everything I have seen in these forums about them not having something set right. What do I do?? I called netgear and was given a ticket number and was put on hold. I kept my phone on for over 4 hours no one ever got back with me, I guess I will be returning it, if I can't figure something out soon. I bought 2 long ethernet cables and thats how we have internet. When I enter the http://192.168.0.1 or the http://routerlogin.net, I just get an error saying I have no wifi. Any suggestions before I give up.

It sounds like the ISP config file has the modem set to modem only mode and they never added the codes correctly to have it work for wifi. when you go to routerlogin.net are you able access all of the routers settings?
