c6300 not assigning ip address

After i restart my cable modem router Netgear C6300 it is not assiging ip address to any device. now i have to manually assign ip address and DNS for all the devices. i restart router many times and also reset the router by pessing the reset button.still not assinging ip address automatically.please advise how to resolve it.
