C6300 Not Working

Hi, everybody~ I think I need you guys help. My modem&router doesn’t work these day. The model of my router is C6300, AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router.The front lights are all off, even the power one.....

    Hello,

    Same thing happened to my C6300 tonight. Initially my phone couldn't connect on WiFi with reason "IP configuration failed". Other devices we're ok. Rebooted the C6300, now front lights don't turn on, back Ethernet lights are on - same as original poster.

    Please advise.
