did you try a factory reset? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on

I attempted a factory reset, but nothing changed. The power light never changed, and no other lights came on

    did you try it with the coax disconnected? 

    And hold reset for up to 30 seconds?

        are you able to hardwire into it and ping it at 192.168.100.1 at all?
