Thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be isolated on your PC and PS4 only. Are there any devices wired to the modem? Just to clarify, the modem itself doesn't turns off or power off, only the internet connection, is that correct? Do you happen to see the network message on your PC when the issue is happening? Who is your Internet provider and what is the firmware of your modem?
