C6300 Router disconnects and ask me to change admin password

Lately my router has been disconnecting and then tells me to login into the network to use it. When I click the tab, it takes me to the genie then tells me to change my pasword and gives me security questions to set up and this would happen almost 2-3 times a day. Does anyone have any idea what going on?

    First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Do you still have this problem? Have you tried resetting the C6300 to factory default settings?
