c6300 router no longer providing simultaneous dual band

Router no longer providing simultaneous dual band.  We used to have the option to access either 2.4 bandwidth or 5 bandwidth.  Some of my devices will only connect to a 2.4 bandwidth, but 2.4 is no longer an option.  What happened to it and how can I reinstate it on our router in order to connect necessary devices (my kindle)???

       Have you looked at the modem+router's web browser interface?  Do the
    LED indicators indicate anything?

       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  The User Manual might be helpful.
