C6300 Router Not Accessing Email Server

Let me preface this with the fact that I am a complete novice.

 

My ISP went down this week, their tech support sent a refresh signal to my router (which is my equipment, not theirs: C6300), and whether that caused the issue, or simply the reset when the service restored, I can no longer connect to the email servers of my shared hosting plan with Hostgator, to pull my emails over wifi.  When I switch off wifi (on multiple devices), I have no problem pulling the emails over the cellular network.  So I believe the problem is isolated to my router.

 

I have tested different outgoing mail server ports, and the problem persists.  I have the current firmware for the router: V2.01.26.

 

I registered my product with Netgear under the guise of 90 days of free support.  But it says that my 90 days of support expired on the date of purchase that I entered.  I don't know if that can be rectified as well via this board or not, but thought it worth mentioning.  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    If you are doing this over WIFI on a PC, Please provide output of "ipconfig /all"
