C6300 Router not working
We have a C6300 cable/wireless router that has been connected, but not used for 1 1/2 years. Today it cannot be recognized on the network.

Comcast was able to test, update and confirm its connection so I thought I could update its firmware.
What do I know? I'm in healthcare not IT.

_Comcast_ could do all that.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "firmware".
Don't expect to find much.
