C6300 slow internet (xfinity internet)

Right now the internet speed is fine but I notice that it will drop off to around 30-50 MBPS at different times. Just not sure why it drops at different points.---could be something stupid like wind blowing a coax line. I had things like that cause signals to be good then bad. its tough to pinpoint when it only happens occasionally.
do you get full speed wired?
The cable connections page just takes the info from that moment in time you load the screen. Pull that cable connections page when the speeds drop.
Also, the event logs show us a longer period of time. Such as dynamic power violations (power goes in/out of spec) t3/t4 errors. which is why we'd like those :)
